2. We will refund 100% of your money back if you have purchased out of stock or discontinued item(s). As an option, you may replace with other item(s) available (we will refund the balance if lesser) and top-up the different (if there is). Therefore, it is advisable to e-mail/ SMS/ YM and ask for stock status update before placing and confirming your order.

3. As any other normal business practise, goods sold are 'non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable'.

HOW TO PLACE ORDER

1. E-mail/ SMS/ YM your item(s) selection (item code number, color and size if any). We will reply and advice your purchase selection stock status the soonest.

2. Kindly confirm your item(s) selection by committing full payment and provide your details (recipient name, delivery address, & contact number) for delivery purpose.

3. Booking is allowed for not more than two (2) days (for ex-stock item(s) only). Your booking will be cancel automatically after this period.

4. For pre-order item(s), payment has to be made first and item(s) will only be deliver according to timeline stated.

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Payment can be made through CIMB Bank or PayPal. Currency for all transaction is in RM (Ringgit Malaysia).
